We are living through endings and beginnings; transformations in how we live our lives and organize ourselves as communities within larger societies on Gaia—one global family.
What if we applied quantum physics to our lives? At the quanta level of creation, consciousness and attention shape the nature of reality. To what we choose to give our attention and resources matters.
As crises emerge, we might ask ourselves, what do I most want to happen in this situation? And reflect for a long moment on what that might look and feel like.
What if we pay attention to what we give our attention, and choose healthy relationships—with Self, each other, and within our communities and across nations? Let’s reconsider what we desire in any given moment; is it coming from a place of Love or Fear? Do our thoughts, words and actions support healing or cause pain?
Life can take a quantum leap if we are intentional about our next steps. Through conscious intention, we transform our personal lives; and with critical mass we manifest a better world.
Let’s focus together on Healing thoughts, words, and actions in this moment, and intentionally create social structures that support health and well-being for all of Life.
